Essentially “Le Rituel” refers to a ritual in the 19th century where Russian men, who had watched a beautiful performance by a ballerina, would drink champagne out of her ballet slippers in celebration. Although I’d like to think of it in more “Cinderella” terms and her beautiful glass slipper running away from the handsome prince and so on and so forth….okay I need to stop dreaming…lol
If you really want to get all fantasy and fairy tale then go to www.piperlerituelparchristianlouboutin.com. The website actually has a Cinderella (a.k.a. Cenderillion in Francais) based commercial but it weirded me out. It was a little too porny/cheesy for my taste buds.
Just so that its clear, (if you haven’t gotten the message by seeing those delectable photographs) when you purchase Le Rituel not only do you get champagne, you also get that beautiful glass stiletto.

For $500, I would much rather purchase a pair of CL shoes. That champagne will only last me a few hours lol
